I spent my entire life being overweight even though I exercised. I followed the bs food advice, went to the gym and failed time and time again to shift bodyfat. That was until I finally discovered the secret to weight loss and transformation at any age.
Once I knew the secret and flipped the switch everything changed for me. I lost 30kg, rebuilt my health, and now at 53 (photo below) I feel better than I did in my 30s.
