I’m Paul and this is personal. I turned my own health around in my 40s by ditching sugar, fueling with real food and shifting my mindset. Now, I help others do the same.

I’m Paul, the founder and this journey is personal. In my mid-40s, I found myself stuck. Tired. Overweight. Struggling with stress, brain fog and creeping health problems I’d been told were just “part of getting older.” But I refused to accept that.
Instead of throwing myself into another soul-destroying diet or flogging myself at the gym, I started learning about hormones, inflammation, fat-burning and how food really works. I cleaned up my nutrition, dropped the sugar and built a sustainable low-carb lifestyle. Not only did I lose the weight I got my life back. My mind, my energy, my resilience.
Now I help others do the same!
