About Me
If you’re tired of diets that fail and a body that won’t respond, I get it because I lived that life for years.
I’m Paul Harris, the founder of Eat Yourself Healthy. For most of my life, I was overweight, exhausted, and stuck in a cycle of failed attempts to get healthy.
After losing my wife to cancer, I made a promise to myself and my four kids that I would take back control of my health. Through low-carb eating and mindset work, I dropped over 30kg, reversed chronic issues, and finally felt strong, clear, and alive again.
My approach is simple: real food, powerful habits, and honest support. No starvation. Just practical, sustainable change that actually works to heal from the inside out and unlock your ancestral DNA.
